Early Childhood Educator Opportunities

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Educators. As a Trainee Educator, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced educators and gain valuable insights while pursuing your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and colleagues
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and company policies, procedures, and requirements
  • Build strong relationships with children and families through effective communication and engagement
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the education program
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
Requirements:
  • Hold appropriate work rights and qualifications
  • Possess strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
  • Be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Have enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and flexibility in availability
  • Be willing to undergo a Working with Children Check and meet immunization requirements
