Leadership Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Educational Leader to join our team.

  • Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • They will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in guiding educational and learning practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as they will work closely with educators and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the educational program, ensuring it meets the needs of children and aligns with the centre's philosophy.
  • Mentor and support educators in their professional development, providing guidance on best practices and policies.
  • Collaborate with the centre director to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of children and families.

About You:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education or higher qualifications.
  • Experience in a previous leadership position within early childhood.
  • Strong knowledge of EYLF and experience with NQF.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Strong verbal, written, and computer skills.
  • Current approved First Aid Certificate, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
