Our Early Childhood Education initiative seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of young learners. As a Trainee Educator, you will be instrumental in creating a nurturing environment that fosters growth, development, and exploration.

You will work closely with our Centre Leadership Team, Teachers, and Educators to provide high-quality care and education that exceeds National Quality Standards. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe and engaging environment for children, families, and team members.

To excel in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, good time management, and organizational abilities. Additionally, you should have the capacity to work effectively both individually and as part of a collaborative team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about early years education, has a permanent right to work in Australia, and can demonstrate flexibility in their availability. A Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one is also essential.
