We are seeking a highly skilled Program Officer to join our team in the administration of risk assessment tools.

About this role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring, coaching and training staff in the use of risk assessment tools, ensuring that assessments are completed efficiently and effectively. This will involve working closely with stakeholders to develop and implement processes that support the administration of risk assessment tools, coordinating and facilitating training, and collecting and analyzing data to inform decision making.

To be successful in this role, you will have a demonstrated understanding of the philosophy, operating procedures and manuals related to risk assessment tools, as well as experience in Corrections Victoria data systems. You will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
