We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our Disputes and Investigations team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented group of lawyers across all of our offices, gaining exposure to the most complex work in the market.

As a member of our team, you will have the privilege of advising clients from almost every sector, including government, mining, energy, banking, and infrastructure. You will be working closely with our Partners and the wider team, developing your skills and expertise in commercial litigation and corporate insolvency and restructuring.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working in commercial litigation and/or corporate insolvency and restructuring at a leading Australian practice or international firm. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively manage larger matters and develop client relationships.

Key Responsibilities">

  • ">
  • Advising clients on significant commercial litigation for Australia's leading ASX listed entities and for government.">
  • Working on cross border litigation and restructuring for some of the world's most significant corporates.">
  • Large scale corporate insolvency, restructuring and workouts for Australia's major banks and leading accounting firms.">
  • Significant investigations work, including regulatory investigations and government inquiries.">
