What You'll Do
Manage and oversee motor and property investigations across Australia.
Review reports and evidence to ensure accuracy, compliance and quality.
Support and mentor investigators to deliver best practice outcomes.
Provide strategic advice to insurers and liaise directly with senior stakeholders.
Drive process improvements and adapt to industry changes.
About You
Background in
General Insurance investigations
(essential).
Experience
conducting and managing investigations
.
Strong knowledge of the
General Insurance Code of Practice & Privacy requirements
.
Excellent communicator with strong analytical and time management skills.
Leadership qualities with a collaborative, professional approach.
