About the Role

We're seeking a Portfolio Manager to take full commercial, operational, and strategic ownership of a major, large-format retail precinct in Western Sydney. Reporting directly to the Directors, you'll be responsible for aligning cross-functional teams – leasing, marketing, facilities, and centre operations – ensuring the precinct operates as one cohesive, performance-driven unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all core precinct functions: leasing, centre management, marketing, compliance, and operations
  • Take full ownership of the precinct P&L – budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
  • Guide tenancy mix decisions in collaboration with leasing partners and Directors
  • Maintain oversight of tenant performance, experience, and retention
About You

You'll need 12+ years' experience in retail property, ideally across asset, portfolio, or general management. Proven success managing large-format, outlet-style, or complex multi-stakeholder retail environments is essential. Strong financial, commercial, and operational acumen, including P&L ownership, is required. Confidence leading cross-functional teams with a mix of internal and external stakeholders is also crucial.
