The Role

In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and executing affiliate marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, executing affiliate marketing strategies effectively to meet established goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular meetings, emails, calls, and support tickets, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Apply analytical skills to assess performance data and make informed decisions to support client objectives.
  • Seek opportunities for growth and upselling within client accounts, responding to client needs and market opportunities.
  • Address and resolve client disputes, aiming for satisfactory outcomes and maintaining positive client relationships.

Client Management

Deliver exceptional client service, ensuring timely communication and effective issue resolution.

Affiliate Program Strategy

Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies aligned with client goals and market demands.

Collaboration

Work closely with internal teams to support affiliate initiatives and share insights, contributing to a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Administration

Manage client contracts, billing mechanisms, and technical issues, ensuring seamless operations and timely resolutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience, including client service (agency, client, or consulting)
  • BA degree in a Marketing field preferred
  • Competent in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel (intermediate) and PowerPoint
  • Experience in strong client relationships, reinforced by building trust, advising, and upselling
  • Good project management skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts/solutions, particularly Affiliate Marketing
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, good time-management, able to prioritize
  • Think creatively, has a problem-solving approach, and uses professional judgment
  • Proactive – continually looking for ways to grow and improve within own role
  • Strong customer services skills: negotiation, diplomacy, able to translate client requirements into technical specifications
  • Detail-orientated
  • Analytical and Strategic Marketing: Demonstrate success in measuring results and setting, meeting, and exceeding aggressive quantitative goals.
