Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic marketing specialist to drive our marketing strategies and initiatives within the NDIS sector. As an NDIS Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote our services to potential clients, families, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase our visibility and client base.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Create engaging marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, digital content, and social media posts, tailored to the NDIS audience.
- Utilise various marketing channels effectively, including online platforms, community events, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and service delivery objectives.
- Track and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, using analytics and metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NDIS participants, support coordinators, and allied health professionals.
- Stay updated on NDIS policies, regulations, and industry developments to inform marketing strategies and compliance requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum Diploma's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, specifically within the NDIS or disability services sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and its operational framework.
- Proven track record of achieving marketing targets and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to engage diverse audiences.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
