Senior Accounts Receivable Professional

The role of the Senior Accounts Receivable Professional is to oversee end-to-end accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments and fostering positive client relationships.
This involves managing invoices and reconciliations, preparing and analyzing accounts receivable reports for senior management review, collaborating with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy, maintaining and updating records in ERP systems to reflect accurate financial information, and assisting in audits and compliance reporting as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the entire accounts receivable process from start to finish.
- Prepare and analyze reports on accounts receivable for senior management.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and maintain data accuracy.
- Update records in ERP systems to reflect accurate financial information.
- Assist in audits and compliance reporting as needed.
- Proficiency in large enterprise resource planning software and strong technical accounting knowledge.
- Experience in accounts receivable within the FMCG industry or similar sectors.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams.
- A relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
