This is a key role within our finance team, where you will be working across multiple finance functions to support business decision-making. The position involves preparing and reviewing journal entries, ensuring transaction integrity of trial balance coding for multiple entities, balancing sheet reconciliations, compliance & tax support, audit coordination & statutory reporting, stakeholder engagement, cash flow & payment oversight, and systems & process tools use.

We are seeking a driven and technically strong Senior Financial Accountant to join our finance team in Adelaide. As a key anchor for financial control, tax, audit compliance, and general ledger integrity, you will work closely with senior leaders and gain exposure across international operations.

Your Role Will Involve:

">
  • Preparing and reviewing journal entries to ensure transaction integrity.">
  • Balancing sheet reconciliations to ensure accurate financial statements.">
  • Providing compliance and tax support to ensure regulatory requirements are met.">
  • Coordinating audits and statutory reporting to ensure timely completion.">
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.">
  • Reviewing payment runs and assisting with cash flow forecasting.">
  • Using various systems and process tools to manage compliance and reporting.">

You Will Need:

  • A professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent.">
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial accounting, audit coordination, and compliance.">
  • A strong understanding of AASB/IFRS and general ledger ownership.">
  • Confident use of ERP and BI tools.">
  • A self-starter mindset, adaptable and solution-focused, able to manage shifting priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.">
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, able to operate across finance, ops, and group teams with clarity and confidence.">
