Overview

Young, Progressive, medium-sized accounting practice

We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and career focused accountant to join our Adelaide team.

We are a medium sized well respected accounting firm based in the south eastern corner of the Adelaide city square and Murray Bridge. We have a reputation for delivering the highest level of professional service and innovative solutions to meet the changing needs of our clients whilst building and maintaining strong relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements, BAS and income tax returns for all entities including companies, trusts and superannuation funds.
  • Predominantly run client files from start to finish and identify, understand and apply positive outcomes with a sound legislative basis.
  • Maintain relationships with clients based on results, trust and service excellence.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience in public practice.
  • CA/CPA qualification preferable but not necessary; right capabilities and attitude will be given priority.
  • Proficient in Xero, MYOB and other cloud-based software.
  • Impeccable work ethic with a hands-on and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and enjoy working in a team environment.
