Service Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to provide technical guidance and leadership to our field service technicians in the Greater Emerald region.

This is a permanent full-time position offering long-term job security and a 7-7 roster based in Emerald. The successful candidate will enjoy competitive pay, overtime opportunities, housing allowance, company bonuses, and exclusive staff discounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety responsibilities and maintain a safe working environment within the team.
  • Mentor and guide the team to improve performance and operational efficiencies.
  • Optimize equipment utilization according to customer requirements and budgets.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to field service team members.
  • Supervise time sheet accuracy and subcontract documentation for prompt job costing.
  • Provide timely and accurate quotations for field service activities.

  • Experience in a similar role with exceptional communication and customer service skills, managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong ability to navigate complex issues and achieve success.
  • A thorough understanding of financial best practices in service delivery, including labor, overtime, accommodation, and travel recovery.
  • Attention to detail in documenting and follow-up.
  • A safety-focused leadership style.
  • A strong technical understanding of earthmoving equipment or relevant trade qualifications.
