Service Coordinator Position

We are seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to join our team in the Emerald branch. In this role, you will provide technical guidance and leadership to our field service technicians for the Greater Emerald region.

  • Ensure our field service employees comply with all WHS responsibilities, and that a safety-first culture is consistent within the team.

  • Mentor, guide, and support the team to improve performance and efficiencies.

  • Supervise the time-sheet accuracy and sub-contract documentation to enable prompt job costing.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to field service team members.

  • Support existing customers through maintaining strong communication while proactively resolving issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position with exceptional communication and customer service skills.

  • A strong understanding of financial best practices of service delivery including labour, overtime, overnight accommodation, and travel recovery.

  • Attention to detail in documenting and follow-up.

  • A Safety First leadership style.

  • A strong technical understanding of earthmoving equipment, or relevant trade qualifications equal to or within a related field.
