We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Professional to join our team in the CBD. This is a permanent part-time role, working 3 days per week in our stunning high-rise office.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional administration support, with strong skills in document control, meeting minutes management, and client liaison.

About the Role
  • Support a team of professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Manage high levels of documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare expenses and ensure timely payments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification in Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
