Director of Strategic Operations

The Western Australian community needs a skilled leader to drive strategic direction and champion initiatives. This is a critical role in the Corporate Executive team, requiring high-level strategic thinking and leadership skills.
As Deputy Director General of Building, Energy Safety and Service Delivery, you will provide executive level oversight, clear accountability, and deliver LGIRS strategies. You will actively promote the coordination and integration of efficient and effective corporate systems to achieve corporate objectives and outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will need to formulate short to long-term strategic and operational plans, allocate resources within the Group to achieve outcomes, and prioritise the safety of the community.
This is a five-year fixed term opportunity with an attractive remuneration package. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level professional leadership, driving strategic direction, and delivering LGIRS strategies.
