We are seeking an experienced Advanced Primary Healthcare Provider to join our team in Broome, WA. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, culturally safe healthcare services to our patients.
About the Role- Deliver primary healthcare services aligned with our service model
- Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and clinical decision-making
- Prescribe medications under relevant guidelines
- Order and interpret diagnostic investigations
- Manage recalls and follow-up care processes
- Collaborate across departments and teams
- AHPRA registration with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner
- Demonstrated experience in primary healthcare settings
- Clinical expertise in triage, treatment, and ongoing care management
- Ability to communicate effectively in cross-cultural settings
- Cultural humility and willingness to learn
- Competitive salary range: $150,000 - $165,000 per annum
- 6 weeks annual leave for work-life balance
- $1,300 annual remote area allowance
- Relocation assistance up to $5,000
- Accommodation support through a third-party lease service
