About Us

We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to join our team in a pioneering role contributing to long-term health improvements in a stunning regional location.

  • Delivering culturally safe and responsive primary healthcare aligned with the Model of Care
  • Conducting patient assessments, diagnoses, and clinical decision-making
  • Prescribing medications under the Standard Drug List and authorised SASAs
  • Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic investigations
  • Managing recalls, reminders, and follow-up care processes
  • Collaborating across departments and multidisciplinary teams
  • Leading quality improvement activities and clinical audits
  • Participating in governance and safeguarding practices for children and young people
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • AHPRA registration with endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Demonstrated experience in a primary healthcare setting
  • Clinical expertise in triage, treatment, and ongoing care management
  • Effective communication skills across multidisciplinary and cross-cultural teams
  • Cultural humility and a willingness to learn in an Aboriginal health context
  • A collaborative approach and ability to adapt to a diverse service environment
