Support Our Customers to Deliver Exceptional Experiences

We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar support role, managing queues, inbound emails, calls and/or chat. They will be knowledgeable about CRM platforms and able to effectively communicate with customers through clear language, active listening and empathy.

The role involves supporting our customers (agencies and vendors) to resolve issues through phone and email, collaborating with internal teams to identify any issues and escalate to the appropriate channels, checking and processing customer applications in an accurate and timely manner including compliance requirements, monitoring queues and interpreting reports to manage daily workload, interpreting and administering regulatory compliance relating to our products, ensuring that all customer data is accurately and responsibly stored on our CRM, and performing ad hoc administration duties to support the team.

As a Support Specialist, you will play a critical and central role in delivering an empathetic and consultative support experience to our customers.
