Job Title: Administration & Technical Support

We are seeking an experienced Applications Support Analyst to provide support and administration of key corporate on premise and cloud based applications, including Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP and HCM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive support for end users of business applications, including Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP and HCM systems
  • Manage service desk tickets and allocate to support personnel
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and internal efficiencies through continuous system enhancement
  • Develop and share updates and information with users, including improvements, additional features, errors, outages, and downtime
  • Provide technical administration, compliance, license monitoring, and support of business applications
  • Configure approvals, workflows, security roles, and integrations within Oracle, liaising with key business groups
  • Investigate and communicate exceptions and error reports to application users and vendors
  • Monitor and resolve scheduled integrations and issues
  • Assist with system implementation and upgrade, including user acceptance testing and regression testing
  • Configure and manage data integration and transformation
  • Engage with customers and vendors to ensure business applications meet business requirements
  • Maintain vendor relationships for rapid issue resolution and efficient feature utilisation
  • Analyse information to evaluate business application proposals for costs and benefits
  • Continuously improve by capturing and analysing business and application data, insights, and best practices
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, user training materials, and process maps
  • Act as the technical point of contact for business users regarding system functionality and UAT

To be successful in this position, you will be an experienced Applications Support Analyst with solid experience supporting enterprise business applications on premise and cloud based, such as Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP and HCM. Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills are essential.
