Fenergo is a leading provider of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) software solutions. As a company at the forefront of digital transformation in financial institutions, we empower our clients to deliver a faster, compliant, and digital customer experience.

We're seeking a Technical Account Manager to join our Global Support Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients' IT teams, helping to resolve complex production issues with our Fenergo application.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary support contact for assigned clients
  • Troubleshoot technically complex issues and drive them through to resolution
  • Identify and reproduce customer-reported software defects and work with our internal development teams to resolve them
  • Keep customers updated on the progress of their support tickets
  • Build relationships with key business and IT stakeholders
  • Accurately document customer issues and identify problems
  • Become a subject matter expert in Fenergo products
  • Help customers achieve their business goals by providing proactive recommendations and best practices
  • Collaborate with Product, Professional Services, Customer Success, and the wider Support Team

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in Technical Support, Enterprise Architecture, Software Consulting, or Development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar discipline
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to multi-task
  • Experience in dealing with large, complex, distributed systems
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Leadership skills to inspire a team
  • Demonstrated customer focus and empathy
  • Ability to maintain self-control and objectivity in stressful situations
