Job Role: Senior Engineering Manager

About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our video platform engineering team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the architecture and execution of our next-gen video rendering stack across native and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of engineers to develop and implement scalable video infrastructure
  • Driving the technical vision and roadmap for the video platform team
  • Collaborating with product and design teams to translate creative needs into platform capabilities
  • Owning and delivering major evolutions in our video technology strategy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Extensive experience leading platform engineering teams in multimedia, embedded systems, or video rendering domains
  • Deep knowledge of video codecs, rendering pipelines, and cross-platform systems
  • A proven track record managing large engineering organizations and building high-impact tech orgs
  • Strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to influence technical direction at scale
