Job Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned engineering leader to spearhead our video platform initiatives.

You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to design and develop high-performance infrastructure for video experiences across mobile, web, and backend export pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in platform engineering, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage technical expertise to drive architectural decisions and implementation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate creative requirements into scalable platform solutions.
  • Develop and execute a roadmap for the video platform team, including talent acquisition and coaching.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of video codecs, rendering pipelines, and cross-platform systems.
  • Proven experience leading platform engineering teams in multimedia, embedded systems, or video rendering domains.
  • A strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
