Research Scientist Leader

This is a unique opportunity to spearhead AI video generation initiatives and lead a team of high-performing research scientists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and growing a team of research scientists focused on working with cutting-edge models that transform text and images into high-quality videos.
  • Setting strategic research direction to ensure our AI-driven video tools are both innovative and user-centric.
  • Championing scientific excellence and scalable impact by bridging foundational model innovation with real-world deployment across the platform.

You'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, such as team leadership, strategic direction, and technical oversight, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate research outcomes into the platform.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in machine learning techniques pertinent to video synthesis, a strong track record of translating research into scalable, user-facing products, and excellent communication skills to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

As a Research Scientist Leader, you'll be responsible for setting the vision and direction for the team, ensuring we're pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI video generation.

With a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork, you'll work closely with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to bring your ideas to life and deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our users.
