About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished IT professional to lead our Enterprise Solutions and Technology team as an Assistant Commissioner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage diverse teams, including ATO and service provider staff, to deliver contemporary technical services in a large and complex environment.
  • Drive technological and cultural change within the ATO by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Design and deliver IT solutions that simplify and automate interactions with the ATO, making it easier for the community to participate and comply.
  • Work collaboratively across the ATO to identify and implement contemporary improvements to the client experience for staff and the community.
  • Ensure future client interactions are connected and aligned across the ATO, focused on adding value to the client and improving the overall client experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong client focus and ability to collaborate with, and influence, internal and external stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Experience in leading and managing diverse teams in a large and complex environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering contemporary technical services and driving technological and cultural change.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across the ATO and with business partners to design and deliver IT solutions.
