About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistive Technology Professional to join our team at Aged Care Resumes. As a key member of our Home and Community Care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert advice and recommendations on Assistive Technology equipment solutions to clinicians, clients, and their families.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with allied health professionals and clients within the community by conducting clinical education and product in-service events.
  • Manage a referral caseload and undertake new business development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experience within a relevant field, preferably in Assistive Technology or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing education and support to health professionals, clients, and their families.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage relationships with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform to KPI expectations and drive positive outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current National Criminal records check.
  • Current Working with Children check.
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Australian citizenship or Australian permanent residency.
  • Vaccinations (flu and COVID-19, including booster or medical exemption).
