Bar Management Role

Seeking a seasoned Bar Manager to lead our bar program with creativity and consistency. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a passion for spirits, wine, and all things beverage, as well as excellent communication and training abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day bar operations, ensuring speed, consistency, and quality.
  • Curate and maintain a beverage list that complements our menu and brand.
  • Train and mentor bartenders and floor staff on drink knowledge and service.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, cost control, and compliance.
  • Ensure RSA and safety standards are always met.
  • Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and FOH team to deliver smooth, memorable service.
