Lead Bartender Position

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and implement unique Italian-inspired cocktails for each bar, taking into account their capabilities and requirements.
  • Train and mentor all bar staff on cocktail preparation, ordering procedures, venue stock takes, forecasting procedures, and cocktail execution.
  • Manage and motivate bar staff to ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on bar staff performance, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Attend off-site training to enhance your skillset and bring back innovative ideas.
  • Research and analyze the competition to ensure we remain competitive in our bar offerings.

Key Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of bartending experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of classic cocktails and wine, with a focus on Italian varietals.
  • Excellent team management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 20kg and work in a fast-paced environment.
