The role of a Customer Success Manager is pivotal in realizing maximum value from investment in Autodesk solutions. This involves leading a team, overseeing a current book of business including 16 enterprise customers in the ANZ ASEAN region.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with customers through outcomes- and value-led interactions.
- Develop and execute Customer Success Plans to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.
- Collaborate with teams including Sales, Technical Sales, Technical Advisory, Channel Partners, Technical Support, and Client Services to drive customer value and growth.
This People Manager role will oversee the team, adopting and developing best practices to ensure our customers achieve maximum ROI. You will manage a high-performing team of Customer Success Managers and Associates, primarily in the AECO industry.
We seek someone who truly believes in the importance of Customer Success, value, and ROI-based strategies. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, tenacious self-starter with a proven track record of building, motivating, and leading high-performing customer success teams.
