About the Role:

The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and maximising opportunities within the assigned territory. You will represent Sanitarium in gaining maximum brand and product exposure through leveraging relationships and company support programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Merchandisers to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.
  • Provide main point of contact for stores within the allocated territory.
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards.
  • Grow market share and sales through superior execution against compliance activities and incremental opportunities in store.
  • Partner with key decision makers at store level to upsell and activate key promotions and activations.
  • Manage the execution of planograms and instore displays using Sanitarium's product range.
  • Achieve agreed goals and priorities for the allocated territory.
  • Builid trusted relationships both internally and externally.

What We Offer:

  • An estimated annual salary of $80,000 - $120,000 AUD, depending on experience.

Requirements:
