Job Title: Quality Assurance

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Laboratory Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of our products by conducting wet and dry quality tests on raw materials and finished goods in line with industry and company standards.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Perform routine QA tests following company quality procedures and the Quality Program Manual.
  • Conduct Critical Control Point verification checks.
  • Accurately enter QA data into the system and maintain digital records.
  • Raise and follow up on Non-Conformances and block stock processes.
  • Conduct temperature checks and support shelf-life validation programs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and calibration of laboratory equipment.
  • Support GMP and collaborate closely with production staff.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Food Science (or equivalent relevant laboratory/industry experience), prior experience in a food manufacturing QA or laboratory setting, and a positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude. Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is also essential.

Additional Requirements include:

  • A strong understanding of Windows-based systems and prior SAP experience is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Access to reliable transportation (on-site parking available).
