Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Practice Lead to join our team. This leadership role combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of organizational transformation, focusing on modern workplace solutions.

The successful candidate will inspire and guide teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and digital transformation for our clients.

You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to define and deliver solutions that drive client success, ensuring projects align with industry best practices and client goals.

This role requires a strong mix of leadership, technical acumen in Microsoft 365, Azure, and other modern workplace tools, and a passion for continuous improvement and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and mentor a team of developers, engineers, and modern work specialists, ensuring successful design, implementation, and adoption of modern workplace solutions.
  2. Oversee the delivery of projects related to Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and digital transformation initiatives that improve workplace productivity and collaboration.
  3. Work closely with senior leadership to define the strategic direction of the Modern Work practice, aligning with business goals and emerging trends.
  4. Drive the adoption of best practices for Modern Work solutions, promoting continuous improvement, innovation, and the effective use of tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Viva.
  5. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their organizational performance and employee experience.
  6. Lead technical pre-sales activities, including solution architecture, client presentations, workshops, and proposal development for Modern Work solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in modern workplace transformation, IT consulting, or technology solutions, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions architecture role, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies.
  • Deep technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform), Azure, and modern collaboration solutions.
  • Experience in leading the implementation of digital workplace solutions that drive organizational change and improve productivity.
