Salary
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package of $90,000- $100,000 per annum, including superannuation and a car allowance, as well as bonus opportunities.
Job Description
The successful Account Manager will cultivate and strengthen relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients nationwide, collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service, and identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients nationwide
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and develop new product solutions
- Identify new business opportunities, expand product ranges with current clients, and secure new accounts
- Leverage analytical and commercial skills to identify growth opportunities and address gaps in the market
- Meet and exceed key performance targets, including sales objectives, new product launches, and call cycles
- Utilise CRM to ensure timely updates and insights of activities
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require proven experience in a similar role within the food or beverage industry, strong commercial acumen, excellent negotiation and selling skills, and an autonomous, goal-oriented mindset.
