Your Key Responsibilities
As a Program Director, you will lead the facilitation of culturally safe environments for First Nations peoples, engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You will build and maintain relationships with First Nations communities, government agencies, and other stakeholders to manage successful project development and implementation. Your expertise in policy development and/or project management will drive business improvement initiatives, enhancing the quality and performance of outcomes for First Nations peoples.
About You
We are looking for a leader who is passionate about equity, justice, and the well-being of First Nations peoples. You will have a strong background in navigating and influencing policy, with excellent skills in policy development and/or project management. Your ability to collaborate effectively across teams, work independently, and make decisions relating to your area of responsibility is essential. You will demonstrate a high level of integrity and professionalism that aligns with our values and mission.

What We Offer
This role can be performed nationally, and we intend to fill it in an ongoing capacity. However, non-ongoing roles up to 12 months with the possibility of extension up to 2 years may be offered. You will be required to undergo a pre-employment National Police History check, Worker Screening check, and/or Working with Children Check (where required), and provide evidence of Australian Citizenship. The estimated salary range for this role is $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
