Delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading high-performing teams are the core responsibilities of this role. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations in our F&B outlet, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceeding customer expectations.

You will be responsible for supervising all aspects of F&B operations and processes, managing the booking management system, stock management system, and Point of Sale system. Handling guest feedback and complaints, reporting, and required administration are also part of your duties.
