Are you passionate about food, exceptional service, and quality? Step into a unique and rewarding environment as a **Food & Beverage Manager** at **RMC Duntroon (Canberra).** This full-time role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic, fun team while receiving full training and ongoing support.

**The Position**:

- Lead the front-of-house team for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, responsibility, and a passion for excellence.
- Ensure compliance with contract and service standards, maintaining seamless daily operations.
- Lead by example while driving the team with a positive attitude while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Oversee rostering and people management.

**The Person**:

- Leadership and people management experience, including rostering and budgeting.
- HACCP food handling experience and a strong understanding of allergen management in food service.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team with excellent communication skills.
- Independence and confidence to make operational decisions, supported by the site operations manager.
- Must hold a licence and have transport to access site
