Job Title: Village Hospitality Manager

The Village Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the food and beverage offerings at Greenway Views Village. This role entails coordinating functions and events, as well as contributing to the resident move-in experience.

Professional Experience & Capabilities

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in hotel or resort management
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Previous experience as a hospitality manager or similar role
  • Understanding of hospitality management systems and procedures
  • Proven track record of driving hospitality operations and achieving key performance indicators
  • Experience in managing financial performance and budgets
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
