Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling, forecasting, and training staff, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws as well as all operating procedures.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Staffing: Develop and implement effective scheduling systems to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
  • Forecasting and Inventory Management: Analyze sales trends and inventory levels to make informed decisions about menu offerings and pricing.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and coaching to staff to improve their knowledge and skills.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that any issues are resolved promptly.
  • Reporting and Administration: Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and staff performance.
Qualifications and Skills
  • F&B management experience, preferably in an upscale environment.
  • Wine/beverage knowledge and certification preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid RSA certificate is required.
