Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Co-ordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting the recruitment process from initial client engagement to successful placement of candidates. Key responsibilities include screening applications, conducting reference checks, and coordinating interviews.

Mobilisation:

This position also plays a crucial role in mobilizing new employees to site. Tasks involve scheduling jobs, transport, and logistics, updating rosters, and creating job packs. Effective communication with clients, contractors, and project teams is essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing compliance, processing site access requests, and organizing staff training.

Requirements:

  • Excellent PC skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a real team player.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
