We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Mobilisation Lead to drive the successful implementation of new housing growth projects.

This key role will oversee the operational mobilisation planning, timelines, and resource scheduling, ensuring seamless cross-functional team coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering project milestones and providing proactive project management to ensure timely completion.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the social or community housing sector, and hold tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, Housing, Social Services, or a related field.

A strong track record in service implementation or operational mobilisation in the housing, social services, or community sectors is essential, as is exceptional organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
