About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring and troubleshooting PC & Laptop hardware.
  • They will also support MS Teams meeting room equipment and provide general IT troubleshooting and on-site assistance.
  • Additional duties include managing incidents, knowledge base articles, tasks and assets within the IT Service Management tool.
  • The ideal candidate will maintain tidy stock, computer and communications rooms, and manage E-waste.
  • They will facilitate user training sessions and assist with project work and planned activities.
  • Occasional participation in after hours/weekend support and deployment activities may be required.

Requirements:

  • An ideal qualification in an IT-related discipline is essential.
  • Experience supporting IT technologies including PC & Laptop hardware, Windows 11, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Office, and basic networking is necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, planning and prioritisation, and customer service skills are required.
  • A driver's license is also necessary.
  • Excellent communication and reliable attendance are essential.
