Job Title: Tech Support Specialist

This role is ideal for an IT professional seeking a challenging opportunity to provide technical assistance to staff via various channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 1 technology support via helpdesk, ticketing system, phone, and in-person interactions.
  • Support Microsoft Windows desktops within an Active Directory environment.
  • Assist with mobile technology deployment and management using MDM.
  • Help users with Microsoft Office 365 applications and printing needs.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
  • At least two years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in Windows 10, down to driver level.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Demonstrated history of troubleshooting Windows operating systems and computer hardware and software issues.
  • Experience in a Service Desk environment resolving level 1 technical issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable on the phone.
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence.
  • Current National Police Check to utilise CCTV software.

This position requires a pre-employment health assessment, including a functional, audio, and drug & alcohol screen.
