Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation as a Technology Support Specialist.

You will be working on our helpdesk, assisting users via our ticket logging system, over the phone and in person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical support for staff across various teams
  • Assisting with Microsoft Windows on the desktop in an Active directory environment
  • Deploying and managing mobile technology using an MDM
  • Supporting applications such as Microsoft Office 365 and resolving printing issues

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Information Technology or similar
  • Minimum two years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong experience with Windows 10 down to driver level
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
  • Demonstrated history troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems and computer hardware and software issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current NSW Driver's Licence
  • Current National Police Check
