Job Overview

This pivotal role focuses on ensuring our training programs meet the highest standards of quality, compliance and learner engagement. As the Training & Systems Lead, you will be responsible for leading compliance operations across RTO, TEO and Ventia Training, ensuring alignment to ASQA and NZQA standards.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong auditing, compliance and quality control skills, with expertise in learning management systems. Excellent communication, collaboration and analytical skills are essential for success in this position. Relevant qualifications in business admin, training or audit are also required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading compliance operations across RTO, TEO and Ventia Training ensuring alignment to ASQA and NZQA standards
  • Drive QA and continuous improvement in training materials, assessments and methodologies, and system reporting
  • Manage digital learning systems including LMS and client portals ensuring accuracy and optimisation
  • Governance activities
  • Support program implementation and evaluation, working closely with clients to understand training needs and deliver impactful solutions
