Job Title: Senior Manager Training Capability

The role of Senior Manager Training Capability is a strategic position that requires a systems approach to training with a focus on design and development.

This senior-level position will be responsible for influencing new business opportunities and current training operations to establish and grow an enterprise-wide capability to the business and our customers, including the Boeing Military platforms that we support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a large and diverse team across Australia, executing to multiple domains and capabilities
  • Strategic planning and capability development covering the people, process and tools aspects including needs analysis, design and development;
  • Drive competency development for training specialists across the business;
  • Provide recommendations on tools, technologies and standards adoption.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in training development and delivery
  • Be a recognised expert in training operations & management with at least 7-10 years' experience in a training environment. Experience within a Military training environment would be beneficial.
  • Proven experience in the analysis and design of training curricula and/or developing training media.
