Contract Administrator Job Description

At BGIS, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless contract management and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interface with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and execution.
  • Monitor and track contract variations, High Value Correctives, and Reimbursables costs.
  • Support the Contract Manager and Facilities Managers with daily tasks and projects.
  • Assist with the management of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for preventative work, reactive work, and information currency.
  • Process incoming purchase orders and invoices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify contract needs and facilitate contract creation.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of contract documents while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Maintain a centralized contract database and track key milestones, renewals, and amendments.
  • Monitor and address contract performance, identifying potential risks and suggesting improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar contract management role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proactive and adaptable attitude with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
