Key Responsibilities



  • First point of call for vendors, interfacing with all internal and external vendors relating to the contract.
  • Ensuring contractor compliance to their contract terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and track contract variations.
  • Management and tracking of the High Value Correctives and Reimbursables costs and process.
  • Support and assist the Contract Manager/Facilities Managers on daily tasks as required.
  • Assisting with the management of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for preventative work, reactive work, and information currency as required.
  • Processing of incoming purchase orders and invoices.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify contract needs and facilitate contract creation.
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness of contract documents while adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
  • Maintaining a centralized contract database and tracking key milestones, renewals, and amendments.
  • Monitoring and addressing contract performance, identifying potential risks, and suggesting improvements.
  • Serving as a knowledgeable resource for contract-related inquiries and assisting with dispute resolution when necessary.

Requirements



  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar contract management role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for detecting errors and inconsistencies.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex contractual terms.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Relevant formal qualifications such as diploma or certificate equivalent in Administration or Management.
