About the Role

This is a casual position that requires a commitment to achieving valuable outcomes for clients through collaborative and effective working relationships with clients, their families and carers, employers, external stakeholders and co-workers.

The role demands flexibility to deliver high-quality supports that meet the needs and goals of NDIS clients, either on a one-to-one basis or in small groups.

This position focuses on identifying and developing relationships with clients and employers to secure successful job placements.

Essential skills include building collaborative client partnerships through ongoing coaching, mentoring, support, and effective case management.

About You

You will have the ability to respond to and manage a wide range of client needs, providing access to additional support and services as required to those with specific and complex needs.

A proven track record in implementing strategies to support clients to achieve their goals is desirable.

Establishing effective and professional working relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders is crucial for this role.
