Job Title

A motivated and skilled individual is required to join our Restoration Technician team based in Warabrook, NSW. Our operations span the Newcastle, Hunter, Upper Hunter, Central, and Mid North Coast regions.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and assess the condition of items and building structures requiring restoration, remediation or repair. This includes damages from flood, water, storm, mould, fire and smoke.
  • Develop and implement effective restoration plans
  • Utilise a range of tools and techniques to assess and remediate
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard and within agreed timelines
  • Maintain detailed records of restoration activities and outcomes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of restoration processes and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service
  • Computer and technology literacy
  • Available to work weekends on a rotating roster
  • Full driver's license and police check
  • Ability to drive a manual van and tow a trailer, highly regarded
