Debt Recovery Specialist

The role of a Debt Recovery Specialist is to effectively manage accounts receivable processes, taking full ownership of their ledger and ensuring timely payments from clients. They will be responsible for handling collections, account reconciliations, and direct client communication to resolve issues and conduct follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage accounts receivable processes, including debt collection and reconciliation
- Communicate directly with clients to resolve queries and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems and perform administrative tasks as required
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar debt recovery position
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with financial management software
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
